Information you provide to us or upload (including your contact information): We may collect any or all personal information you provide to us, such as name, mobile phone number, email address, shipping address, Secueye Pro account information (such as your security-related information, name, birthday, gender), orders, invoices, data or information synchronized through Secueye Pro (such as albums, contact lists), and any other information you provide to us.
Device or SIM card related information: Information related to your device. For example, IMEI number, IMSI number, MAC address, SN, ICCID, BSSID, SSID, GAID, Android version, device manufacturer information and model name, and network operator.
Information we specify related to you: We may collect and use information such as Secueye Pro account.
Location information (only for specific services/functions): Various types of information related to your location. For example, country code, city code, mobile network code, cell identifier, latitude and longitude information, and language settings.
Login information: Information related to your use of certain features, applications, and websites. For example, cookies and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP addresses, temporary message history, and standard system logs.
Self-start permission: To ensure the delivery of pushes and device content presentation, we need your self-start permission to enhance your user experience.
Other information: Environmental characteristic value (ECV) (i.e., from Secueye Pro account, phone device account, connected Wi-Fi account, geographical location information, ANDROID ID). We may also collect other types of anonymous information not associated with individuals. For example, when using specific services, user phone device model and system version number may be collected. The purpose of collecting such information is to improve the services we provide to you. The categories and quantities of information collected depend on how you use, join, or participate in our products and/or services.
2. How Will This Personal Information Be Used?
The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services, and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws. You hereby agree that we process personal information for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, and disclose personal information to our affiliated companies (involving communications, social media, technology, and cloud services), third-party service providers (defined below).
We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
The APP collects personal information such as IMEI, IMSI, device MAC address, device SN, device ICCID, device BSSID, device SSID, GAID, software installation list, location, contacts, call records, calendar, SMS, local phone number, pictures, audio and video at a frequency of once per minute.
Provide, process, maintain, improve, develop our products and/or services provided to you, including after-sales service and customer support, as well as services provided through devices or websites.
Communicate with you about your device, service, or any general inquiries (such as updates, customer consultation support, information about our activities, notifications), etc.
Analyze and develop statistical information related to the use of our products and services to better improve our products and services.
Store and maintain information related to you for our business operations or to fulfill legal obligations.

Create your Secueye Pro account. The personal information collected when creating a Secueye Pro account through the website or mobile device is used to establish the user's personal Secueye Pro account and profile page.
Process your order. Information related to e-commerce orders can be used to process orders and related after-sales services, including customer support and re-shipment. In addition, the order number will be used to cross-check the order and actual delivery of packages with shipping partners. Recipient information, including name, address, phone number, and postal code, will be used for shipping. The list of purchased items is used to print invoices and allows customers to identify the items in the package.
Provide cloud services: Collect information (device or SIM card related information, including IMEI number, IMSI number, phone number, device number, device operating system, MAC address, device SN, device ICCID, device BSSID, device SSID, GAID, device category, system and performance information, and location information such as mobile country code, mobile network code, location area code, and cell identifier)
Diagnose activation failure: Relevant geographical location information is used to assess SIM card activation failure (such as SMS service (SMS) gateway and network failure), to identify the network operator of the service, and to notify the network operator of this issue.
Provide location-based services: When using cloud services, we or third-party service providers may use location information to provide you with the correct version of the service, and provide accurate location to achieve the best possible user experience.
Improve user experience: Certain opt-in features, such as the user experience program, allow Secueye Pro to analyze data on how users use mobile phones and Aliyun services to improve user experience, such as sending crash reports.
Provide push services: Secueye Pro account and IMEI number will also be used to provide Secueye Pro push services, pushing in forms such as alarm push, cloud storage service expiration, 4G data renewal, etc. You can turn off this function at any time by changing the preference options under "Settings".
3. Cookies and Other Technologies
What information is collected and how is it used? Secueye Pro and third-party service providers use technologies such as cookies, tags, and scripts. These technologies are used to analyze trends, manage websites, track users' website activities, and collect demographic information about the entire user base. We receive separate and aggregated reports from these companies based on the use of the above technologies.
Log files: Like most websites, we collect specific information and store it in log files. Such information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and clickstream data. We do not link the automatically collected data to other information we have collected about you.
Advertising: We work with third-party service providers to display advertisements on our website or manage our advertisements on other websites. Our third-party service providers may use technologies such as cookies to collect information about your activities on their websites or other websites to provide you with advertisements based on your browsing activities and interests.
Mobile analytics: In some mobile applications, we use mobile analytics software to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone. Secueye Pro will ensure through contracts that third-party service providers comply with privacy standards applicable to them in your jurisdiction.
1. Sharing Information with Our Group and Third-Party Service Providers
To conduct business smoothly and to provide you with the full functionality of products and services, we may from time to time disclose your personal information to other Secueye Pro affiliated companies (involving communications, social media, technology, or cloud services) or our third-party service providers (our mailing stores, delivery service providers, telecommunications companies, data centers, data storage facilities, customer service providers, advertising and promotion service providers, agents representing Secueye Pro) [affiliated companies and/or other third parties] (collectively referred to as "third-party service providers"). Such third-party service providers may process your personal information on behalf of Secueye Pro or for one or more of the above purposes. When using certain mobile applications on our devices, we may share your IP address with third parties to provide you with certain services you request.
When Secueye Pro is in "background state", we may continue to collect MAC information to ensure that the APP can perform message push normally.

For the avoidance of doubt, Secueye Pro may collect, use, or disclose your personal information without your consent where and to the extent expressly permitted by local data protection laws (for example, to comply with subpoenas), and when we may in good faith believe it is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests.
4. Third-Party SDKs Integrated by Secueye Pro
To ensure the stable operation and functional implementation of our client, so that you can use and enjoy more services and functions, our application will embed SDKs from authorized partners such as Aliyun LinkVisual SDK, Umeng SDK, Facebook SDK, Ali Baichuan e-commerce SDK, Tencent Bugly, etc., which provide other similar applications, whose functions include message push for mobile phones such as Xiaomi, Huawei, vivo, oppo, and iOS, etc.

1.2.1 We will display the information you need to submit on our page, subject to the page display at that time. If you do not use certain services, you do not need to provide relevant information. Including the device name you choose to add, the room name and category you set, the scenes and corresponding tasks you set, etc.
1.2.2 When you add devices you wish to manage, if you add devices by scanning code, we need to access your camera permissions; if you add devices by Bluetooth pairing, you need to allow us to use your client's Bluetooth function and authorize us to obtain your location information so that we can scan nearby Bluetooth signals; if you add devices by Wi-Fi, we need to obtain your location permissions. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of basic services such as adding and controlling devices through Ali Smart, but you may not be able to enjoy the user experience brought by these additional services.
You understand and agree that the above-mentioned services may require you to enable location (geographical location), camera (camera), album (photo library), microphone (voice), storage and other access permissions in your device to achieve the collection and use of information involved in these permissions. You can view the status of the above permissions in your device settings, and you can choose to enable or disable them at any time.
Please note that once you enable any permission, it means you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide the corresponding service. Aliyun SDK Push Self-Start Service:: To ensure that device alarm pushes can be pushed normally to Secueye Pro, it may cause the mobile device to have self-starting behavior, which may not be actively closable by the user in some phone settings.

1.3.2 In accordance with applicable laws, to promote and introduce products to you through in-app messages, emails, mobile phone numbers;

Secueye Pro is not responsible for any security breaches caused by your failure to keep your personal information private, which leads to third parties accessing your personal information and causing damage. Despite the above provisions, if any unauthorized use of your account occurs by any other user of the Internet or any other security breach occurs, you must notify us immediately.
Your assistance will help us protect the privacy of your personal information.
You can access and correct your personal information such as account, password, avatar at any time. In the following situations, you can delete your personal information:
1. We collected your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent;
2. We process your personal information in violation of laws and regulations;
3. We violate our agreement with you to use and process your personal information;
4. You cancel your account, uninstall or no longer use our products (or services);
5. We stop providing services to you.
You can cancel your account at any time through the account information cancellation function in the app. If you choose to cancel your account, your account will be unusable and relevant account information will be cleared. You will no longer be able to log in and use the product functions and services through your account. After you cancel your account, except for situations where laws and regulations require us to retain relevant information, we will stop providing you with corresponding products (or services) and delete or anonymize your personal information.
Account cancellation sets a 7-day cancellation buffer period, and the cancellation time is 24:00 on the 7th day after submitting the cancellation application. You can log in to your account during the 7 days after submitting the cancellation application to automatically cancel your cancellation application. 4. During the account cancellation period, if your account involves disputes or investigations, including but not limited to complaints by others, investigations by national authorities, or situations that may occur or have occurred in litigation or arbitration procedures or government supervision, Shenzhen Lion Security Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to unilaterally terminate your account cancellation procedure without obtaining your consent in advance. If necessary to achieve the purpose of collecting information, or to comply with applicable laws or permits, we will retain personal information. Our applications may access certain functions on your device, such as Wi-Fi network status, and other functions. This information is used to allow these applications to run on your device and to allow you to interact with them.

Secueye Pro does not seek or attempt to receive any personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian has reason to believe that a minor has submitted personal information to Secueye Pro without their prior consent, please contact us to ensure that such personal information is deleted and that the minor is unsubscribed from any applicable Secueye Pro services.
If you have agreed to the applicable user agreement, and there is an inconsistency between such user agreement and this Privacy Policy, such user agreement shall prevail.
